Open up Steam Library in front of you and find your problematic game on the list. Because, when connecting via cable I do have audio working natively. They were nice because they also have a built in mic for chat. This happens because, by default the audio output via the Dualshock 4 controller is set to Chat Audio only. Bandwith is not pushing it with pass through sound.
